MAGA social media influencer, Ricci Lynn Wynne, indicted on charges of producing CSAM. According to the indictment filed March 18, 2025, Wynne, 39, of San Francisco, allegedly employed, used, persuaded, induced, enticed, and coerced minor victims to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing videos and/or images of the conduct on or about April 9, 2022, and Oct. 29, 2022.

🚨BREAKING: ICE and Tennessee state police have been illegally using traffic stops as an excuse to check immigration status. The Fourth Amendment requires probable cause. You don’t get to pull people over just because you think they might be immigrants. But that’s exactly what happened. Troopers used minor excuses… bent plates, window tint, temporary tags… not to enforce traffic laws, but to hand people over to ICE. In many cases, they ignored actual violations just to keep the stop going long enough for ICE to step in. That’s called a pretextual stop, and when it’s based on race or ethnicity, it crosses into a violation of the Fourteenth Amendment… meaning the government cannot target people differently based on race. And the evidence… Officers were recorded saying things like, “They’re definitely not English speakers,” while choosing who to stop, while entire neighborhoods with large Latino populations were targeted. That’s racial profiling. Then there’s due process… The Fifth Amendment guarantees that people… citizens and non-citizens…cannot be deprived of liberty without fair legal procedures. But people were detained, processed, and deported through a pipeline designed to move fast, not fairly. Even those who were legally in the U.S., like asylum seeker, were still arrested and deported. One man was labeled a gang member, because of tattoos… And he was deported. But it gets worse. ICE cannot legally conduct routine traffic stops… So. they partnered with state troopers to get around that limitation. In other words… they used local police as a loophole. Meanwhile, these operations didn’t just violate rights… they made communities more dangerous. In Memphis, after similar deployments, high-speed chases increased by over 400%. One chase, which started over headlights, ended with a crash involving a woman and an infant. AND the same federal agents tied to this operation have already led to wrongful arrests, chaos in multiple states, and even U.S. citizens being detained. It’s bad enough for federal agents to violate the constitution, but when you add in state power… The constitution starts becoming optional.

🇺🇸🧵NEW: Ron DeSantis wants to eliminate property taxes for Florida homeowners. Property taxes generate $55 to $60 billion a year in Florida. They pay for fire departments, police, EMS, and roughly half of public school funding. Eliminate them and that money has to come from somewhere. Independent analysts say the most likely replacement is a sales tax hike. Estimates run from the current 6 percent to as high as 12 percent.

Ron DeSantis just rammed out a gerrymandered MAGA map that openly violates his own state constitution — and leaked it to Fox News before he gave it to the legislature. California let voters decide. Yesterday, Governor DeSantis released a congressional map that violates Florida’s Fair Districts Amendment to give Republicans more seats. If he thought it was right, he’d let the voters decide. It’s illegal — and it should be struck down.

This should be on the front page of every newspaper in America. A Syrian billionaire needed U.S. sanctions lifted so he could cash in on $12 billion in reconstruction contracts. In an attempt to influence American foreign policy, he proposed a Trump-branded golf course, cut Jared Kushner & Ivanka Trump into a multibillion-dollar real estate deal for a resort in Albania, and had someone physically deliver a stone engraved with the Trump family crest to a Republican Member of Congress with instructions to take it to the White House to get the President's attention. Trump threw his weight behind repealing the sanctions. They were lifted. The contracts are moving, the Trump family’s deals are expanding, and not a single Washington Republican is willing to say a word about any of it. Kavanaugh was handed his amid credible allegations of sexual misconduct that his patron in the White House bulldozed through anyway. One justice knows what poverty looks like. The other can't even imagine it. And yet they have equal votes on the future of millions of working Americans. That's not justice. That's a rigged system wearing robes.
