Under the Greens' 10:1 pay ratio policy, bosses could still pay themselves £1m a year by putting everyone else on £100k. Sounds fair enough to me.

@PolitlcsUK The 10:1 pay ratio would mean any business employing apprentices on minimum wage would have to pay their CEO £80 per hour or less. As a hypnotherapist, Zack Polanski charged £145 per hour.

It is only when you get to the top 0.01% that what you say is true.
Remember that 1% is those earning 200k +, most of them are just employees or partners in professional firms
