@MetService Seems to be an error in your graphic. Dunedin as not -3 this morning and was the warmest it has been in a while with no ice or frost. It appears to have been 5.1 degrees.
Noticeably warmer on the bike ride to work in the capital this morning. It's not often that Wellington is the warmest spot on this map but it was at 7am.
