Genuine question. For you people that are constantly online 24/7 and rarely sleep, how you do feel physically okay to continue everyday? What are your eating/sleeping routines/habits? I have not been feeling the best physically lately. I think lack of sleep and stress is frying me. I workout with no problems, I take my dog out 4x’s a day 25-40minutes each walk. I eat 2/3 meals a day. All remaining time I am locked in on my PC in the trenches. I’ve done this for over the past two years staying up / taking cat naps but for some reason this week I’m feeling super sluggish and uncomfortable even after getting rest when I try to sit down and lock in at my computer. Nothing has changed in my routine, I’m having a hard time figuring out the issue. Maybe someone doing voodoo on me lol
