My reply to Mr Dombo was simply meant to playfully correct the unprovoked denigrative impression his tweet seemed to have aimed at creating. I was throwing the bad ball back to him. It wasn’t really meant to despise him on academic grounds. Except on a few occasions, like the one I responded to, he is generally a civil man. Even in disagreement, I respect that. Please don’t troll him over that. After all he apologised for it in good faith. Thanks

Paul Mwiru has polled 60 votes in the speakership race. That's a decent result for a man who declared his candidacy only days ago. With the Opposition in Parliament holding 80 seats, Mwiru is clearly well regarded by his colleagues.
