If love was spread as quick as hate what a wonderful world it would be.🌍 I disengage & block people who lose the art of debate and resort to name calling.

@zarahsultana @zarahsultana This photo is AI. It is indeed terrible that young Iranians girls have lost their lives at the hands of the regime. They have admitted the bombing is their mistake! The same regime that killed its youth recently for daring to dream of democracy & freedom.

Today parents in Iran buried 165 children killed in the attack on a girls’ primary school by the United States and Israel. From Gaza to Iran, this is what “liberation” by the West looks like.

@LBC Is @KemiBadenoch taking lessons from the Trump administration? Insults to try to win points is beneath our MPs. We the electorate are adults & this sort of argument is insulting & will not win our confidence in her ability to lead a country!

‘Do not feel sorry for Labour MPs.’ Kemi Badenoch explains why she will ‘absolutely not apologise’ for her ‘paedo defender’ jibe towards the government.

Why should the country have to put up with three more years of Keir Starmer?

Sir Keir Starmer is the legitimate Prime Minister and the elected leader of the Labour Party, with a clear democratic mandate from the British people. At the general election, voters across the United Kingdom chose his leadership and his programme for national renewal over a full five year term. They did not vote for internal factions, for alternative personalities, or for ministers or regional figures to redefine the direction of the government. They voted for Starmer, for stability, for seriousness in office, and for a plan to rebuild the country after fourteen damaging years of Conservative rule. That mandate applies equally across every nation of the United Kingdom. In Scotland, as in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, voters were choosing a UK government led by Keir Starmer. For that reason, commentary from individual party figures, wherever it originates, does not carry the authority of the electorate or alter the democratic choice that was made. What is increasingly out of step with public sentiment is the constant cycle of political speculation driven by sections of the media. There is a growing frustration with narratives built around internal drama, personality conflict and leadership intrigue, often detached from the priorities of voters. The responsibility of journalism is to report events accurately and proportionately, not to shape a running storyline of instability where the democratic mandate remains intact. Over the weekend, the response from grassroots members and supporters was clear and significant. Those who voted for Labour and for Starmer’s programme expect the government to focus on delivery, economic stability, public service improvement and long term national renewal. They are far less interested in Westminster theatre than in practical progress. There is also a broader political context that should not be ignored. After years of polarisation, misinformation and the growth of more extreme political voices, many voters chose Labour precisely because they wanted a calmer, more responsible direction for the country. That choice should not be undermined by a steady stream of commentary that amplifies disruption over stability. For Labour supporters across the country, this is a moment to speak with confidence. The mandate exists. The public expectation is clear. We should not be driven back into silence by the language, tactics or noise of the far right or by media narratives that do not reflect the mood beyond Westminster. The task now is straightforward: support the leadership that was elected, support the programme that was endorsed, and support the long term future of the country. The voices that matter most are those of the voters who made that choice, and they remain firmly behind the direction they set at the ballot box.

David you gained your seat by just 15 votes, yes a win is a win but you lost -2.5% of the labour vote. The Tories not turning up by -10.5% pushed you over the line. The reality is Starmer is a failed unpopular and yes now morally questionable PM and no amount of trying to encourage an electorate to believe in this man will save your Hendon seat. The time for change has arrived and it is damaging blind of those in your fragile position to keep repeating a mantra will change that inescapable fact.

I’ve been in Gorton and Denton today and the message from the doorstep could not be clearer. Only Labour, united under Keir Starmer’s leadership, can deliver the change people want and tackle the cost of living crisis. He has my full support

Keir, you’re a good man. A decent man. An Arsenal fan (always a good test of a man). When you did Life Stories, I found your remarkable journey to the top of British politics very inspiring. But this can’t go on. For the good of the country, resign. ⁦@Keir_Starmer

@HysteroscopyA @TheBSGE 11 years since an awful experience in outpatients during a hysteroscopy. Fainting, distress, anxiety with follow up gynea appts! However with sedation in theatre 4x it was so humane, pain free and acceptable. Aenethatists have been horrified on each occassion at OPH experiences.

@TheBSGE Please have you changed your mind about letting the Campaign Against Painful Hysteroscopy present findings re vaginoscopy, IV sedation, GA etc. from its 10K survey of painful OPH? Time to treat women's endoscopy on a par with colonoscopy. Vaginoscopic OPH isn't pain-free.

Trump now been on his feet for almost an hour. Now in rambling mode, darting from subject to subject on whatever takes his fancy. It’s painful to watch/hear. But I’m quietly repeating … the Greenland invasion is off, the Greenland invasion is off. That’s what matters.
