Your first mistake is thinking people react to facts. They react to what the facts threaten inside them. A truth that wounds status will be treated like an attack, even when spoken calmly. The wise man studies the ego first, because logic enters only where pride feels safe today.

@dbarton85 @JuggernautBron Exactly! It was a double whammy losing Horace AND having him give that production to the opposing team. He left because of Krause (and Jordan lol) and proved how valuable he was to the Bulls in that series

MJ wasn’t rusty in 1995. He didn’t have an elite rebounding, defending big and he couldn’t get the win without one. In game 1 against the Magic in 1995 MJ had a 2.6 GameScore. It was a horrible game. One of his worst. In games 2-6 he proceeded to have a 25.3 GameScore (33.4 pts, 6.8 rebs, 3.8 asts, 5 stocks). This 5 game stretch is significantly higher than ANY of MJ’s playoff series from 1996-1998 outside of 3-game 1st round sweeps in 97 and 98. Please read that again so you understand. That’s right, MJ played better / produced more from games 2-6 in 1995 round 2 than at any time in his final 3peat outside of the 97/98 first rounds So how come the Bulls lost? It was because they finally faced a team that could compete with them. They didn’t have a massive talent advantage over the Magic. The Bulls didn’t have an elite interior presence. MJ fans are so hell bent on him never having lost “once he got going / in the 90s” though that even when MJ plays great and loses, they have to say it was rust. It just had to be rust! But it wasn’t. Data says no. 95 was the only time MJ faced similar talent in the 90s. And he lost. Even though he played really well. His dominance in the 90s had a little to do with his play and ALOT to do with his teammates. 🤷‍♂️

@Bigdawg_Fly It looks like you listed them by year but probably #1 or #2. The Message might be the most important song in hip hop history

@ZMacMami This is such a dangerous and counterproductive way of thinking. But then it's profound too - the super low percentage of business ownership is the #1 reason for our lack of collective wealth

@MythNix @TheVoiceOfCOD1 Even worse than throwing his teammates under the bus, he nearly ended the Bulls dynasty before it could even start. Had they did what he wanted they probably don't even 3 peat. He could never select personnel

MYTH #3: JORDAN NEVER CRITICIZED HIS TEAMMATES—HE JUST PLAYED WITH WHO HE HAD Except…he exited every playoffs saying he wanted more help. Here’s 1987 and 1988. “We’ve got to get some players.” How much more direct does MJ have to be for his fans to admit he asked for help?

Mofo you’re on drugs! That statement proved that you know nothing of basketball history. The “migraine game” was Game 7 of the 1990 NBA Eastern Conference Finals! SEVEN YEARS PRIOR!! We are done! You didn’t the heavy lifting for me.

@TheVoiceOfCOD1 @MythNix I'll try it this way - the '91 Finals put the league on notice. From when that 1st ring was won to 1998, Scottie Pippen was essentially a top 5 player in the NBA. For 7 straight seasons. Some of those seasons (92, 94-96) he was in the top 3.

@DereauWIP @MythNix I gave you objective information. You choose to call it “subjective.” That’s on your educational background. I’ll help, here’s pictures to go with the words. Next you’ll say it was some conspiracy I imagine.

@MythNix @TheVoiceOfCOD1 Yup. You have your subjective opinion you're clinging to & we have direct quotes, evidence and facts. When you put em on the scale your side in the air LOL. I'm not talking regular season. Pippen became a top 5 player during the '91 playoffs & by the Finals he was #2 in the NBA
