Oilers need to make smart decision when trading Nurse.
Always available. Has only missed 18 games the past 9 seasons.
Can log big minutes. Skates well. Is physical.
Can chip in offensively at 5x5. He is 40th in EV goals and points among Dmen the past three seasons.
He's not a #1 Dman, but he has value. Oilers can't afford another trade similar to Stuart Skinner.

@MaddJournalist All refs across all of the major sports need to be held more accountable. Make it mandatory for them to do pressers after the game and answer for their bullshit calls or fine them/suspend them when they pull shit like this. They have way too much influence over how games play out

I’ve played, coached, reffed & covered basketball for 30+ years. I’m also NOT a Spurs fan. What OKC has done — building half their strategy to manipulate the refs on every possession — is a disgrace to the game and awful to watch. This is Harden on steroids. Fans deserve better.

Shai/OKC fans will watch this and say the game was fairly officiated because both teams had similar free-throw attempts. The truth is biased officiating goes well beyond shooting fouls: - Traveling, palming, or illegal dribble calls - Offensive fouls, charging and blocking -Moving and Illegal screens - Pushing and holding on rebounds - No calls on an opponent FGA - Defensive reach-ins, hand-checks, or holds - Pace and physicality control favoring a specific team strengths or weaknesses - Swallowing the whistle selectively - Clock and shot clock management: Delayed or quick inbounds whistles, or how they handle stoppages, can favor a team that’s controlling tempo - Technical fouls and ejections - Challenging or reviewing plays unevenly - Flopping enforcement - Early foul trouble on key players Show this to an OKC fan the next time they pretend another team was favored because they had more free-throw attempts!! 🔥🔥
