@VerizonSupport @Verizon now you’re aggressively saying I messed up. You didn’t take the payment. But your system is sending me messages confirming I have an intact PTP. And I’m still waiting on the executive team. Blessed

Reupping this. Can this be dealt with? Evidently these utility companies can't communicate. @nationalgrid @nationalgridus @nationalgridNY and @Verizon @VerizonSupport @verizonfios how to get this finished up?

Been 2 weeks since @nationalgrid & @verizon replaced the utility pole outside our home on Fuller Rd in Albany NY - all works now - but cones & hanging wires are still here! Each sent trucks to look at it but neither did anything. Maybe they need to communicate with each other?

@Verizon is now the worst provider. Suspended my services with a payment arrangement on my account and will not let you speak with anyone. I’m in complete shock. Think twice before switching to this corrupt company.
