@Google_12point7 It is without doubt that 3k is terrible but you have to consider some other factors. Like the state of the economy, new recruits, the upgrade in equipment and I am sure the FG knows this. It has to be a fine balance and I'm sure as things improve, welfare will improve

The last time I mentioned it, a gang of goats lined up under my CS to say if the soldiers can’t cope with 3k per day they should resign. Let the government know this and let me reinforce what is being said here: welfare is directly associated with battle readiness. 3k per day is an insult for the work our men do.
BLESSED 🥷@Dee_9889

Rufai Oseni to Gen. Usman: Sir, is the feeding allowance for our soldiers only ₦3,000 per day? And is it true that soldiers are forced to buy their own service goggles, night vision devices, boots, and other essential kits? Gen Usman:

Be there fighting for Nigeria when your leaders don’t even believe in it. All their children are abroad schooling, they go abroad to treat themselves, buy houses there and enjoy the best of those countries . Don’t take care of yourself and children.

Mali🇲🇱: Watch to the end. This is how terrorists are meant to be treated. Tell me why we don't see things like this out of Nigeria. Where are the live videos of Nigerian Air Force killing terrorists in real time? In Mali, killer terrorists are sent to hell with zero apologies. In Nigeria, the gates of heaven are opened unto terrorists.

I have just received fresh reports from the field and I must commend the teams on ground for sustaining the momentum beyond the sanitation hours. At Mosan bus stop and the Caterpillar blackspot along Ipaja road, massive evacuation of waste has been carried out and the area is now cleared. Along the Egbeda bus stop inward Iyana Ipaja, median evacuation is currently ongoing and the transformation is visible. At Ipodo in Ikeja, our teams are on ground with the Dino bin actively evacuating accumulated refuse. The situation at Iba town along the LASU - Igando Road is being tackled head on as we speak because the humongous waste heaps there are being evacuated and will soon be a thing of the past. I have also been briefed about the ongoing tipper evacuation under the Trade Fair bridge along the Lagos Badagry expressway and the clearance work there is in full swing. These are not just isolated operations, they are the direct result of LAWMA's sustained intervention and our zero tolerance policy for environmental nuisances. I want to assure every Lagosian that what we started with the monthly sanitation exercise is being backed up with continuous enforcement and clearing operations across the State. We will not rest until every blackspot is turned into a clean and safe space. This is the new order for a #CleanerLagos and a #GreaterLagos.

We flagged off an awareness walk in commemoration of World Malaria Day, themed “Driven To End Malaria. Now We Can. Now We Must.” Joined by the Vice Chairman, Dr. Mrs. Ayegbusi, SAN. Odu Oluwafemi, Mrs. Ogundiran, and key stakeholders, we engaged residents on practical steps to prevent malaria, keeping our environment clean, eliminating stagnant water, and properly using treated mosquito nets. I commend the Environmental Health Department, Lagos Health District 1, and the Rotaract Club of Agege for this important initiative. We also reminded residents to participate in the monthly environmental sanitation exercise as collective action remains key to public health. Our “yellow box” health booths are now active across zones, bringing healthcare closer to the people. Together, through awareness and action, we can end malaria. #agege #avo #avoisworking #anewagegeisrising

I received Agege’s own rising boxing talent, Tosin “Soldier Boy” Osaigbovo, alongside his team as we discussed his upcoming bout against Agbaje. Tosin represents the resilience and fighting spirit of our people, and as a community, we are fully behind him. Agege will be supporting him all the way as he steps into the ring this Sunday. We wish him strength, focus, and victory. #agege #avo #avoisworking #anewagegeisrising

“ASSOCIATION WITH TINUBU” Meanwhile it’s the same visit Anthony Joshua and much more did and didn’t get dragged. Stop emitting this low-IQ folly. Every single one of you has cooked up a different, pathetic reason for this dragging, and every single one has been trashed like the garbage it is. Folly 1: “Anyone partnering with the people that enabled the problem he claims to want to solve is a fraud”. But Peter Obi can claim to want to eradicate corruption and not just dine but align with the people that enabled corruption?. Absolutely foolish. Folly 2: “He’s a bigot”, someone with literally zero EVER record of bigotry. Foolish. Folly 3: “I just found it weird to go to the Louvre, a public space and say he’s the first to play chess there”. But you didn’t have any problem when he was under the Third Mainland Bridge and said he was the first to play there?? Once again, foolish. Folly 4 (which might just be the reason): “He didn’t respond to Peter Obi’s congratulatory post”. I don’t even need to say how foolish that is

Again, you people need to learn to stay on topic. Shouldn’t be too hard to do. Tunde’s issue on here started simply because of his ASSOCIATION WITH TINUBU. Not about his work. Not about envy. Not his location. Not the kids he’s helped. Not his legacy. Not his tribe. None of all those. Muddling up conversations is why you keep shifting the goal post.

I just checked and saw that @Fawaz_Adeoye_ is Fawaz from Tunde Onakoya. Check his Tl and see how he is reposting Tunde's post, defending him and trying to give him credibility. That's exactly how to respond when the integrity of the person that helped you is being questioned, not how that guy @egi_nupe helped that said he didn't want to interfere while the integrity of his helper is being questioned on the same issue he was involved in.
