Absolutely appalling service from @nationalexpress today. I usually speak highly of them but no communication from coach drivers, bus station staff or via email. So far expected delay of more than 2hrs #230 2pm from Leicester to Luton Apt. Beyond disappointed and angry
Never buy @nationalexpress tickets (or any other addons) through @Ryanair. When the later cancels or postpones the flight, you won't get a refund for the addons. Thanks, both. 🤪💸💸

@nationalexpress deplorable service today at Luton airport. Bought 3 open tickets by mistake, personnel told me next bus is full (which btw wasn't true) and they refused to help me change it for a fix-spot one or get a refund. I ended up paying for another 3 tickets...

@nationalexpress Hi 4 adults going Southampton bus station in September 2026 with a collapsible wheelchair. Do I need to inform national express by phoning up or just turn up with cases and wheelchair. Not sure as don't want to get wheelchair rejected on journey. Regards, Keith.

I haven’t caught the train for a while, now preferring @nationalexpress, which is so much less stressful. But today I’m doing a journey not covered by the coach. So train it is. Seats booked in coach C. Walk the length of the train. 2 coach Js. No coach C. @GWRHelp - WHY???

@nationalexpress Told earlier on the phone that your operator didn’t know the difference in price but it would only be ‘a couple of quid’. It’s actually £18.90 vs £35 (Brighton to LHR3) , so pretty poor advice. How do I get a refund please?

@nationalexpress what a joke! Outbound and Return journey booked to T5 - now coming back in to T4 - can't amend Terminal pick- up, can't cancel return part , they suggest buy another ticket for the return which is now more than the value of all the original booking.
