“Morning Work Monday” Been so busy havent gotten my 🥊 work in. Good 6:30 am session this am! ‼️🏀 players: in your off season, I DEFINITELY recommend adding a boxing session into your weekly regimen. Hand/eye coordination and just that mindset of grit will help! Be blessed🏆
