When I first, got my RE license I thought I was going to sell houses. Signed with a broker and everything. Me & that broker didn't see eye 2 eye on the direction I wanted to go in for my career. Coincidentally @crainsdetroit put out a "40 people to know in Real Estate" article.

Invincible hurts me, because it has the potential to be great. It has 3 compendiums worth of comics and is a huge part of that loosely connected Imageverse. It’s a prime adaptation material. With it being a comic, it’s basically already storyboarded too. Instead, Kirkman decided to majorly cheap out on the animation, turn it into celebrity voice cameo slop, and make a bunch of baffling changes. It kills me.

@Symply_rhoda1 cant lie, I tell my kids to hit 1st. the person who gets hit 1st typically loses. the second you feel like someone is coming up on you with a threatening look or trying to intimidate you, just go for it......🤷‍♂️

@GregBerge Never take marriage advice from people who’ve never been married. Never taking parenting advice from people who have never parented. A parent/child relationship is nothing like a coach/player relationship. One last 2-3 years, the other lasts generations. Very different objectives

The consequence of black matriarchal culture is showing up in basketball. You see it in the NBA. You can see it clear as day in college hoops. The absence of fathers and patriarchal culture weakens EVERYTHING, including basketball. Purdue, Iowa, Iowa State, Illinois, Nebraska. The matriarchy is not sustainable.
