WIP hyper realistic grass shader #GodotEngine #VFX

This week I finally set up a Linux dual boot on my desktop and I'm kicking myself wondering why I never got around to this sooner. NIGHT AND DAY improvement of development experience, IMO.

Ok I did not expect this to be that easy to setup.... Godot is awesome. Basically uses steam link, u add a couple xr nodes, enable xr in project settings and include a little initialization script and BAM it works!

@LoganMakesGames When I was first thinking about transitioning into games related work, I was hanging with a group of software devs and mentioned it. They all proceeded to judge me *hard* and say that would be a very bad idea.😐

Had a 1-on-1 with my boss. He asked where I want to be in 5 years. Instead of game development, I said, "I've been teaching myself software development. Doing that could be cool." Anyone else find it hard to be open and honest about game dev to people who might not "get" it?

@MEKKINTOSH23 I understand that. If they wanted to revisit a previously passed on idea, they'd have to get permission from its creator. Nothing messy about it, it just gives a reasonable amount of power to employees that large companies hate.

Today I ported rImGui to cimgui, so it's now possible to use raylib + cimgui in pure C (i.e. the beloved Dear ImGui with raylib in pure C). I'm going to clean up it tomorrow and then publish it. #raylib #ImGui
