After helping THREE Web3 founders build their websites I’ve noticed one pattern: These founders don’t know what they want on their site. Here are 10 THINGS your site must have as a Web3 project:

I was trying to survive I don’t know it would lead me to solving the biggest problem in Web3 December 12, 2025 I wrote my first Hello World. I can still remember that night like it was yesterday. Before then… I had already lost everything I had. I was starting life again from zero. I had nowhere to go. No one to turn to. It felt like my whole world was falling apart. One night, while sitting outside my house and getting some fresh air, I remembered a phrase from a podcast I had listened to earlier: “Making money is way easier when you have value to offer.” I quickly opened my notepad and wrote it down. Then I asked myself a simple question: What value do I have… or what value can I create? First week — nothing. Second week — still nothing. Then somewhere around the third week… something clicked. I remembered that I used to be a ghostwriter for Web3 projects. And while working on those projects, I noticed something frustrating: Every time I researched a project to create content for it… I struggled to understand what the website was actually saying. And it wasn’t just me. A lot of people had the same problem. That’s when it hit me: Most Web3 developers aren’t building for real users… They’re building for other developers. And because of that, 97% Web3 projects suffer from this problems: People don’t understand what the project actually does Low conversion rates (users don’t sign up or invest) Poor trust and credibility due to confusing messaging Marketing becomes harder because the message isn’t clear Communities struggle to grow because people can’t explain the project to others Investors hesitate because the value isn’t obvious Users get overwhelmed and give up before taking action Projects get stuck in the “building phase” without real traction So I made a decision. I decided to learn website development not just to build websites… But to fix this problem. So I build a system called the WEBSITE FUNNEL. This system focused on: Clear and simple messaging Clean, structured design Smooth and easy navigation So when people land on your website… They don’t get confused. They get it. Because at the end of the day: If people don’t understand you… They won’t use you. They won’t invest in you. And this is what I stand for: Web3 should be simple. Web3 should be clear. Web3 should be accessible to everyone.

@DevOracle01 the best solutions usually come from someone trying to survive a problem, not just study it.

@cryptoleon Reflecting is way important now you can easily figure the things slowing you down and just cut it off

Reflecting a lot today after a lot of talks. Cutting out all the noise and everything what I don’t wanna do. When I was more „selfish“ and didn’t care what anybody thought or did I was way happier and made more money. Recently I am just drained out of energy.

@galileowilson I can relate, you are just a few content or comments away from getting hired with a huge pay And the weird part is that, most of this people don’t even have real human pfp.

every single person i've ever hired came from this app. just from tweeting. the talent on here is genuinely insane. i've hired the most cracked teenagers in the world, who are now running serious things and big serious money (sadly most outgrew me). there is no better hiring funnel than X. Linkedin can't compete. recruiters definitely can't compete. you post consistently, comment under some posts & the right people find you. that simple.
