@Chase Urgent help needed @Chase & @British_Airways. Trial transferred 1k points instantly, but larger Chase → BA Avios transfer is stuck pending. I need to book a flight for tomorrow due to urgent travel. Support says it may take a week. Please escalate 🙏

@British_Airways How can I get some help then? Is it up to @Chase to approve it? I really need to travel urgently and was dependent on the points for it. Without the points the ticket is too expensive to purchase. Please help me.
