Anyways here’s Marner with time and space serving a deep dish pizza up the middle of the ice then not back checking to give the panthers a 3-0 lead halfway through Game 5 in a series they were leading 2-0.

This is your average TOR fan that has no idea how hockey works. The reason Marner was more productive early in a series than he was late has nothing to do with Marner not being crunch time capable. It had everything to do with the other teams realizing he was the only threat on the ice they had to shut down. They made adjustments, shut Marner down, and nobody else could produce. Your defense, coaching, depth scoring, and goal tending were all fucking awful during those runs and still, for some reason, you all blame the Core 4 that you had for the failure. It's just a complete lack of hockey comprehension at this point. Mutant behavior.
