Once $GME goes sub $20 due to the 50% stock dilution to make the $EBAY deal… I will be going full all in $GME in hopes the deal is accepted. I outlined this scenario many times that @ryancohen must have a huge backer on the deal. I was right. If he can pull this off, $GME stock will hit $100 ranges within a few years post deal acceptance.

I hate to say that this $EBAY deal is starting to look worse and worse, and could just be an excuse to dilute GameStop shareholders. There’s 20 or 30 different companies that would be a much better acquisition for GameStop at these levels without a huge dilution occurring. $BBY Best Buy is one of them. Everybody seems to be under the impression that eBay is just gonna let Ryan Cohen walk in and take over the Board of Directors 🤣 I guarantee you eBay has special protections in place to prevent hostile takeovers …

A company that’s CEO has removed all debt, then got 0 interest cash (only current debt) through convertible notes and is profiting half a billion last year from being in a deficit a couple of years prior. You mean the company with 2 years of green earnings in a row? You mean the company about to aquire more profitable companies? I don't think he's a fraud, but rather someone not willing to listen at this juncture. I've never traded too many penny stocks, but I get why others do it. Does anyone have a direct line to JLOC? So me buying in the over sold zone Jan 1, and adding onto my position mid feb when it retraced. Both times Bought off the RSI low, bottom of BBands, MAC D was bullishly divergent, RSI had several touches, looking into the 1-4 hr charts showed rsi wedges, monthly is currently breaking a crazy RSI wedge and when I was buying no news was announced yet….. hmmmm So I Used Technical Analysis to enter a position and then it moved up 15%, then others like burry who uses technical analysis also bought in several times and cohen buys in. Omg it’s almost like I used technical analysis to enter a position and make 125% in 4 months. Brotha TA and news can happen at and is expected to happen when trading. That’s why TA isn’t 100%

Why wouldn’t @gamestop simple just create their own EBay type operations with preexisting infrastructure and pocket the pure gains instead of spending $50+bln? I’m not a fan of $EBAY at all honestly… $GME has e-commerce capabilities as it is and a smart bet would be to acquire $BBY instead and use the locations as hubs. $BBY has a $12.56 bln market cap and $4bln debt. It’s a perfect diet for @gamestop to expand into new sectors and would allow them to dump all their expensive Mall properties as Best Buy’s are usually right close to the same locations.

$GME I’ll say it. eBay is a bad purchase. I don’t think the WSJ knows anything and they are trying to force GameStop to disclose something they aren’t ready to disclose. $46 b market cap with $2 b annual profit. And trading at all time highs. This is not a target for @ryancohen #GME
