@mattpocockuk @kvnwolf I did some experimenting with this, the idea is to cumulate "why" features are made as with normal Kanban across an agent team building long-lived apps.

@majermaks @theo Currently only using team lead to review output. Working on some tooling for me to review and approve too. The loop can be a bit fast for hums piloting at the moment

@Devn171369 @theo Do you evaluate it in any way? I wasn’t happy with ralph loop and I reverted to my own system that’s based on 7 phases which you can use flexibly depending on which app posters you need to build out.
