@fudalichris Na pewno ciekawe wnioski. Czy Ty musisz w RODO? Numer telefonu jest PII, ale poza tym nic. Czy nie możesz ich haszować bazie tylko po to, żeby przechować, info o numerze, do którego już dzwoniłeś? Wtedy masz tylko hash, wiek, województwo i odpowiedzi.

Mamy tutaj przykład tego jak unijne regulacje zamiast chronić kogokolwiek, uprzykrzają życie. Ja bym zakazał takich formułek. Odbierasz telefon, chcesz wziąć udział w sondażu a tu musisz wysłuchać takiego trucia, zamiast załatwić to w 30 sekund. Informacja o nagrywaniu rozumiem. Transparentność też. Ale przetwarzanie danych? Bo numer telefonu (który i tak jest oddzielony w bazie od reszty)? No nic, zamiast walczyć z wiatrakami po prostu implementuje to co muszę, żeby działać w 100% legalnie. O moim audycie prawnym napiszę osobny post, bo myślę, że to też ciekawa historia.

@fudalichris No kurde też tak czułem… Ciężko to przeskoczyć. Skręca mnie w środku, kiedy tego słucham za każdym razem. Ledwo wytrzymuję, kiedy sam chcę coś załatwić a co dopiero ankieta online 🤪

@majermaks Największy drop off jest w trakcie przekazywania informacji o RODO. To jest dość jasne i spodziewałem się tego. Nie przeskoczę tego. I tak jest znacznie lepiej niż początkowo sądziłem. Myślałem że RODO ubije ten projekt totalnie

@fudalichris Mówię o Twoim nagraniu. Naturalność jest ok, ale copy z większym luzem bym spróbował. “Halo, dzień dobry. Prowadzę sondaż wyborczy, czy mogę zająć chwilkę” to jest hook + CTA, który bym A/B testował. Chyba, że gdzie indziej jest większy drop off. Mierzysz kiedy odpadają?

Dzieki. Mówisz o tej rozmowie którą ja wrzuciłem czy ogólnie, że słyszałeś coś sztucznego? Wiadomo że to nie jest 100% naturalności, też każda rozmowa jest trochę inna. Odkąd pracuję z elevenlabs conv AI, przez ostatnie kilka tygodni jakość się zdążyła już zauważalnie poprawić. Myślę że to kwestia tygodni jak będziemy mieli w 100% naturalne rozmowy

@fudalichris A/B to też dobre wyjście. Kiedy słyszałem rozmowę z agentem to mimo “przyjaznego” attitude skręcało mnie w środku od sztuczności. Próbuj copy bardziej dostosować do młodych. Real life jest bardzo drogie i mało kto je robi i tak, więc to nie konkurencja dla Twojej metody.

Fajny pomysł. Ale myślę że nic nie zastąpi real life testów i eksperymentów. Póki co robię A/B, puszczam po 100 rozmów i patrzę co lepiej konwertuje, potem confirmation i kolejna iteracja. Oprócz tego niektóre prefiksy mają kilkukrotnie wyższą szansę na młodego rozmówcę, między innymi takie które nie istniały przed 2015.

@jackfriks I eat healthy 80% of the time throughout the week. Eating a pizza occasionally doesn’t make me feel like garbage. Caring for yourself isn’t only about the body but also the mind. Life isn’t all about being miserable and not eating the stuff you want 😉

@mayakyler If only it were that simple. The road to product-market fit didn’t change much. You can get there faster, but so can millions of other builders. The landscape is becoming crowded. Building will become a commodity. Creating an audience, marketing, and selling will matter more.

We are living in the best times. You can literally build a $100k startup in 10 hours. It was never this easier. Just ship it.

@PrajwalTomar_ Good stuff 💪 Mostly natural good practices from years of building software, but it's great that you've compiled a reference list to help vibe coders. But be careful generating with tools like v0/lovable/bolt – they often don't pick the best tool (ex. plain react vs. NestJS).
