Without deciding the maintainability of constitution petition, Federal Constitutional Court on March 24 restrained Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) prosecution department to withdraw May 9 cases. Usually courts hear other side before issuing stay order.

The erroneous news reports indicating that the U.S. and Iran would be restarting talks were produced because Pakistan’s ISPR sent the following incorrect update to many journalists. (They didn’t send it directly to me, but I was forwarded it.) This was the message: “Breaking ‼️ *Attributable to Government Sources* Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi is expected to arrive in Islamabad tonight with a small delegation, according to government sources. Following important discussions with the Pakistani mediation team, a second round of Islamabad peace talks between the United States and Iran is expected, government sources say. A U.S. logistics and security team is already present in Islamabad to facilitate the negotiation process.” It was never true that Aragchi had any plans to re-enter negotiations last week. Why would the Pakistanis say otherwise? Anyway, odd stuff.

@worqas This man has some serious issues. He was an economics teacher at my school. He was teaching a class while we stood outside in the corridor with our teacher waiting for some instructions from her. A friend on mine was showing us her new shades and i was trying them on 1/3

LIAR !

Oh, you must be awarded with an exceptional medal of investigative journalism on that exclusive finding @ryangrim Why not. So what we need to learn from you here is that removing a sign of exclamation from an official release is a good journalism and not removing it is odd, or ISPR sharing a piece of important information is bad information while you guys sharing Pentagon, White House sourced information is a good information, even if it gets bounced. This is a world developing story amidst chaos, not a Trump’s tweet on Truth Social to be treated as a quotable feast.

Some reporters seem to have even kept the exclamation points.
