The case that led to the overturning of Roe v. Wade was not religious extremists but rather Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. This case challenged the constitutionality of Mississippi’s Gestational Age Act, which bans most abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy, with exceptions for medical emergencies and fetal abnormalities. The Supreme Court upheld this law and overturned Roe v. Wade, concluding that the Constitution does not protect the right to an abortion, thus returning the issue to state legislatures.
1. The supreme court said NOTHING about whether or not a woman should or should not have that “right”, but rather that it was not a federal issue. They did not stop or take away a woman’s right to abortion! WTF do guys keep saying this?
2. The case was brought about by people on “your side”, not religious extremists. Maybe you should instead blame them for pushing it all the way to the Supreme Court when it was already known that RvW would never stand if it went back to the Supreme Court because it has widely been considered in incorrect ruling! You can blame yourselves!
