I'm officially banned 2 months from YouTube. This unfortunate episode began on October 12th, an email put an end to my YouTube career. My appeal was rejected in 5 minutes and 1 month later I managed to get in touch with @TeamYouTube. Sooner rather than later I realize that the responses on DM were an AI responses, the same words on each creator that lost their channel, but I still held onto some hope because I see how some creators were getting their channels back. Sadly, the last decision was to uphold the one made by their AI system. So far I've never talked with a real person from YouTube, email, Google assistance, or @TeamYouTube, That's the only thing I ask for, a real person and a HUMAN review from my channel. youtube.com/channel/UCt44H…

I'm banned from YT for 58 days These past 2 months have been tough for me. I lost my entire work of 2 years in 5 minutes, no warnings, no advices just an AI message. And it has been like that since the termination of my channel. Only AI responses from @YouTubeCreators and @TeamYouTube I just want a human review of my channel I only ask that, I'm fed up with AI responses from @TeamYouTube

A YouTuber who won a legal case against the company after allegedly being banned by AI still hasn't had his account reinstated "If they can do this to me AFTER I won, what chance does any creator have?"

Today I received a notice that broke me, @TeamYouTube has confirmed the ""original"" decision, a decision made by an IA. It has been passed two months since the termination of my channel and I don't have answers from YT they told me that I used systems to get views and they never proved it because they can't. I read your policies from top to bottom and I don't find the reason of my ban. Like me I see a lot of creators in the same case, same "violation of the policies" and the same IA responses, creators I meet because I used to see their videos but now I can't, just like my subscribers that asked me day to day, What happened to your channel? So I please ask for a fair review a HUMAN REVIEW, no your IA responses on DM or email, I just want my channel back because I miss doing what I love.

YouTube can delete your entire career in seconds. No warning. No appeal. No human review. Here's what must change: 1️⃣ Right to Warning No termination without clear, specific warnings first. 2️⃣ Right to Fix Mistakes Give creators 7 days to fix issues before deletion. 3️⃣ Innocent Until Proven Guilty Stop treating 10-year veterans like spam bots. 4️⃣ Basic Legal Principles: → Assume Good Faith: Treat honest creators as honest until proven otherwise. → No Retroactive Punishment: Don't ban channels for old videos under new, vague rules. → Fairness for All: When a policy is improved, re-review past cases that would now be compliant. → Intent Matters: No harmful intent should mean no "crime." Until YouTube adopts these, every creator is one algorithm glitch from losing everything. YouTube AI really only care about profits. it's on a rampage terminating creators left to right. my channel was wiped for no reason by youtube automated system. Never had a strike, warning or an explanation. Just “spam, ai response by youtube. - and a vague 2,000 word policy with multiple possible violations! i rushed and explained why it was a mistake and sent the appeal. but it was rejected by AI in seconds. even appeal was reviewed by AI. a "human" reviewed my channel with 500+ hours of content in seconds. i reached Youtube support 9 TIMES. it ai too. pretending to be human. and they even threatened me that your account will be banned if you contact the support again. this Channel was everything to me! my livelihood. my life. the support to my family. i can seriously die without this. I depend on this. i request you to make this post gain attention. please @TeamYouTube and retweet this post so we can get justice. #YouTubeAIWrongedCreators

Final Verdict Update: Last week, my post about being wrongfully terminated went viral: - 1,400 likes - 350+ comments - 140,000 views It was also shared by @OdyseeTeam, which gained another: - 2,700 likes - 480+ reposts - 85,000+ views More than 4,100 creators engaged with this issue. Yet despite all of this, @TeamYouTube still hasn’t reached out. My channel was deleted with no strikes, no warnings, and an appeal denied in under 2 minutes. I have never had another terminated channel, so the “circumvention” label doesn’t apply to me. My channel was full of true crime documentaries, fully researched, written, and edited by me, all original and guideline-compliant. I’m simply asking for this to finally be resolved. Here's a quick math: 5,000,000 terminated channels in 180 days (around 26 weeks and 1 hour/case) How many people do they need to review every case manually? 8h/day, 5d/week (40h/week): 5,000,000/(40 × 26) = 4,800 people Genuinely curious: can YouTube, as the most popular platform in the WORLD afford that many full-time reviewers for this?

Not every decision is perfect. Not everyone is happy even with very carefully considered decisions. We hear it, we work really hard to help and to constantly improve. We care. A lot 💛

YouTube still hasn’t reinstated every creator that was falsely caught in the ban wave but keep your hopes high, they’re proven to be actively working on helping people, so do not give up, if YOU are still waiting on receiving an update from YT - make an appeal in the replies BE SURE to tag (@ team youtube) and explain your entire issue 👇
