@FOX19 Key is the timing of his fall vs his heart stopping to when he received CPR and a pulse was felt to perfuse the brain. The brain needs oxygen in < 4m before perm brain damage occurs, 6m is complete brain damage. It was seen CPR and AED got to him in 4 minutes. #prayers
