Sad Africows are crying ‘it wasn’t us’ over Lucky Dube’s murder. Even though a South African national was part of the gang that killed him during a carjacking. Typical, masters of zero accountability. Now they’re desperately pinning it all on Mozambicans. Since you love claiming to be innocent and crime-free, explain this: Who carried out the carjacking? What were they doing pulling up on him in the streets? And how did one of your country’s greatest talents end up shot dead in 2007? Stop shifting blame and own your shit for once.

I often hear South African men say they’re no longer interested in marriage, and that’s completely their choice. My question is, if foreign nationals marry South African women who still do want marriage, why is that suddenly a problem? If local men are opting out, who exactly are these women expected to marry???

@RyotaCalledIt If other countries were to have attacked America directly than the allies would have stood with the USA. Besides if theres no war there no need for troops in other countries. Stop creating wars in other countries other than your own

[COMMENT] The situation on the Cape Flats has clearly reached a point where normal policing alone is struggling to contain the violence. When shootings escalate to the level we’re seeing now, communities live under constant fear — and that erodes trust in the state’s ability to protect people. There are a few realities that need to be faced honestly. 1. The violence is deeply entrenched: The shootings on the Cape Flats are not random. They are driven by:    •   Gang turf wars    •   Drug distribution networks    •   Retaliation killings    •   Recruitment of young men into gangs. Areas like Manenberg, Hanover Park, Bishop Lavis, and Mitchells Plain have seen cycles of violence for decades. Police operations can suppress it temporarily, but once they withdraw, gangs often reassert control. 2. A rapid stabilisation force may be necessary: The SANDF deployment is needed right now. The military has been used before in the Western Cape to stabilise gang hotspots. When deployed correctly, they can:    •   Flood high-risk areas with visible security    •   Support SAPS in cordon-and-search operations    •   Disrupt gang movement and weapons circulation    •   Restore a sense of safety for residents. But the key word is support. The SANDF cannot replace policing — they can only stabilise the environment while law enforcement and intelligence dismantle the criminal networks. 3. Speed matters: When violence spikes, delays send the wrong signal. Criminal networks interpret slow responses as weakness. The SAPS must ensure:    •   Rapid    •   Intelligence-driven    •   Targeted to hotspots    •   Backed by strong detective work and prosecutions. Otherwise it becomes a temporary show of force with little long-term impact. 4. The real long-term solution: Even with soldiers on the ground, the real battle is against:    •   Illegal firearms    •   Drug trafficking syndicates    •   Corruption and leaks inside law enforcement    •   The recruitment of youth into gangs. Without dismantling the kingpins and supply chains, the shootings will continue. A fast SANDF stabilisation deployment could help calm the immediate crisis, but it must be paired with aggressive investigations by police, firearm seizures, and prosecutions of gang leaders. If the state only reacts to the shootings without dismantling the networks behind them, the cycle will simply repeat. Communities on the Cape Flats deserve the same level of safety as any other part of South Africa. Right now, many residents feel abandoned — and that cannot continue.

We bombed a city in Iran with a civilian population of 10 million. For hours. We somehow 'accidentally' launched missiles through 4 separate elementary schools. With kids inside. We destroyed a freshwater supply plant that 30 villages rely on for drinking water. And for what? Trump saw what Netanyahu was doing to Gaza and said "hold my beer." I'm not willing to pretend we're the good guys here. Trump is clinically insane and he needs to be removed from office.
