@LughMorain @ciarancannon @ellamcsweeney Ok, CAP + EU supported intensive farming no doubt a factor, but forestry , drainage works and wastewater tp overflows not to be ignored. If the scale of farming is technically inefficient compared to European counterparts, will bigger farms be better for rivers?

@ciarancannon We could start by building a few footpaths on rural roads. Even if you're not drunk , you still don't stand a chance against a HGV or a tractor and hay turner with prongs out the back. Why have all the footpaths disappeared?
