Club Statement: Comrades Go Cash Free Berkhamsted FC wishes to inform fans that the club is going cash free at all payment points in the new year, with our first cash free game the home fixture on 3 January vs Hanwell Town FC. Having seen a sharp decline in the amount of cash paying fans, and the risks associated with holding cash, the club feels that this is in the best interests of Berkhamsted FC. This means that the Comrades Corner bar, Chrissy’s Catering, Glenbar and tea stand will all be cash free. As will all turnstiles. All payment points will have facilities for contactless, phone or card payments. Remember, the easiest way to buy your match day ticket and beat the queues is via Fanbase. We hope that this gives fans sufficient notice to make any necessary arrangements prior to 3 January.
