I want to tell you a story about my new song “Man In The Sky”. I struggled with my faith for most of my life. In 2017, I was at my lowest. Addicted & unwell. I prayed for help every day. At the end of 2017, I wrote a song called Dear Rappers. I don’t remember trying to rhyme or write a single word. The song just came out of me. It felt like God spoke through me that day. That song went viral and changed my entire life. Today, 8 years after “Dear Rappers”, I released a new song called “Man In The Sky”. It’s for everyone who is questioning everything. 11 WildCats tackled Smashing Pumpkins Starfish AMRAP. SSH at 50, each corner burpees, merkins, BBS, and squats. Started w/ 1 & went up, back to 50 after each corner. PAX chose mode to corner. Got in a 5k & bunch of exercises. COT - we are all freed to lead. Do it for the FNGs.

Recon led 10 HIM on an Indian rifle carry to Gamecock’s bridge to do descending Burpees and Bernies up the bridge. We finished with Murder Bunnies and Sally Squats/Monkey Humpers. As we pour into our family and community be sure to let this group pour into you.
