@Pod_Point cannot believe you’re unable to attend our company podpoint chargers for over 8 weeks to resolve faults on 3 chargers. Saying you don’t have engineers available is unbelievable. Large investment, subject to warranty but appears you have our money so not your problem!

@NationalHways please could you advise when your system testing on M25 junction 27&23 will cease. Why does it really take 5 plus days to test. But it did take 10 months to install less than 15 emergency lay-bys. Cannot wait to travel at 70mph on the London’s orbital motorway!

@Essex_CC Ref No 2808184 relates to report. They were blocked in Feb2023 No rain today it is still flooded. Drains not fit for purpose - still all blocked, water smells foul. Any local resident will verify the lack of suitable drainage on this road. It is a safety/ health hazard

@Essex_CC what is happening with the drains in Argents Lane West Bergholt. Multiple reports visible online flooded for over a week. Drains blocked for a year - road surface damaged due to poor maintenance. It’s simple - clear the drains, water disappears, no damage #westbergholt

@CountyBroadband another day working at home - another day with poor speed and intermittent availability. All for the privilege of £50 per month. I’m fed up with unplugging the router. If only I had another option.

@Pod_Point come on #podpoint you’ve just installed 14 EV chargers at my company. 7 and 22kWh - none are delivering more than 2.3kWh. Check Pete-Owen for the last few charges! 8.5 hour to charge XC60 T6🤦🏻‍♂️Support tickets raised last week and still awaiting a response!
