Why is homosexuality constantly singled out, while adultery is literally listed in God's Ten Commandments and often gets overlooked?

@WithoutHistory @the3castles ...and you immediately bring race into it, you racist r3tard? Do you really think that adds credibility to you? No, it simply spells out that you have zero arguments to bring, simply racism, ignorance, stupidity, bigotry & r3tardation.

To all those who are angry at a black casting of the Odyssey, 1) the Greeks themselves said ALL their gods came from Black Africa. 2) the odyssey itself is full of references to the gods being black. With the main deity Zeus, LITERALLY being called the “ETHIOP”. Meaning the black. So in fact, Europeans are the ones that have stealing the roles of Black Greek gods, for decades. This doesn’t mean that all Greeks were black and that all periods of Greeks were black, but it does mean that at the time of the odyssey, the gods were black.

Christopher Nolan, responding in Time magazine this week to the avalanche of criticism over his Odyssey casting choices: "Hopefully they'll enjoy the film, even if they don't agree with everything. We had a lot of scientists complain about Interstellar. But you just don't want people to think that you took it on frivolously." He built a real seaworthy ship, shot entirely on 70mm IMAX, and spent $250 million. Is Nolan being dismissed too quickly, or did his casting choices earn the backlash?

Ok time for school. “Barbarian” just meant non-Greek-speaking foreigner. Could be Africans, Persians, Thracians (European), Scythians (European/steppe), Germanic tribes (Northern European), everyone. It was not a modern racial term. Understand that first. Now if you’re trying to imply Greeks viewed Africans as “uncivilized”, history says the COMPLETE opposite. Greeks saw Egypt as a land of ancient wisdom and learning. Herodotus traveled to Egypt to learn (didn’t travel to Belgium lol) while Homer described Ethiopians as the “blameless Ethiopians” favored by the gods. Ironically, the foreign groups Greek and later Greco-Roman writers most commonly portrayed as wild, tribal, drunken, or uncivilized, were the northern European peoples like Scythians, Celts, and Germanic tribes…..NOT Africans.

@DIAS @ParvumPrincipi Black people were slaves to Egyptians for all of history. The 25th dynasty is a weak argument because the founder was an Egyptian himself. He even egyptianised Nubia culturally and religiously

First of all Egyptians were never black because they were Mediterranean people. Like the rest of Northern Africa. They looked more like Anatolians. Black were their slaves which were coming from the southern part of Africa. The Ancient Greeks liked many cultures as they were explorers and traders and absorbed their influences. But for them who ever wasn't like them was considered a Barbarian especially during the Hellenistic period. You just don't know what you are talking about.

A Black American woman said African-Americans were once eaten and skinned during slavery while debating oppression on a podcast. The discussion got even more intense after claims about Christopher Columbus were mentioned, leaving the host completely stunned.

It’s so sad to see Christians claim that the crucifixion is the most well established event in history and yet we don’t find as much as ONE first hand account to verify it! The Christians KEEP proving the quran right, you follow NOTHING but Conjecture. 🙁

@YBDZ9 @korrathetaymi Again jesus out his mouth said he was going to die and come back to life Its even it the Old Testament Your whole theology comes from khadija a pagan and warrika freestyling making up lies with 0000000000 proof to comfort your prophet who got violated in a cave 😂

@Diddly10_ @korrathetaymi And no, that doesn’t follow. Believing Jesus was crucified isn’t what would constitute Kufr for pre Islamic Muslims. Believing in a rising, dying saviour man God who died for people sins (Paul’s teachings) would constitute Kufr

@Diddly10_ @korrathetaymi This is a matter of history, not theological mass acceptance. The fact that early groups existed who rejected the crucifixion narrative is enough proof to show it isn’t as black and white as you wish it to be. It supports the Quranic narrative of hearsay and conjecture

@Diddly10_ @korrathetaymi The Quran doesn’t even deny a crucifixion took place, so it’s in line with historical reports. It’s just, you cannot establish through history Jesus died for everyone’s sins with certainly because you don’t have a single eye witness. Hence why the Basidilians denied it too
