Airbnb stuck their entire customer journey up on their office walls. Drawn by a Pixar animator, pinned where everyone walks past them daily. 30 frames. 15 for hosts. 15 for guests. They call it "Snow White." Chesky stole the idea from a Walt Disney biography in 2011. Every new product idea has to answer: → "Which frame does this serve?" If it fits a frame, that determines the owner, who prioritises it against their KPIs. If it doesn’t fit a frame, it doesn’t serve the customer, and doesn’t get shipped.

Blend@blend_money

76% of neobanks still aren’t profitable in 2026: 400+ globally, 350M users, $310B market, and most user balances sit idle earning nothing. The missing piece isn’t UX. It’s earn infrastructure.

Here is the prompt template for creating these images with GPT images v2: Create a square high-end brand identity showcase board for a fictional brand called [BRAND NAME]. The brand should feel [BRAND TRAITS / PERSONALITY]. It operates in [INDUSTRY / CATEGORY] and should appeal to [TARGET AUDIENCE]. The overall mood should be [MOOD WORDS]. Design a polished modular grid of multiple tiles, each showing a different application of one cohesive visual identity system. Include a variety of brand assets such as: - logo explorations - wordmarks - app icon variations - editorial posters - product cards - landing page fragments - packaging concepts - typography specimens - interface snippets - color palette presentations - sticker systems - patterns - branded mockups - motion-inspired graphic compositions Every tile should feel different in format and purpose, but all should clearly belong to the same brand world. Visual direction: Use [TYPOGRAPHY STYLE], [SHAPE LANGUAGE], and [COLOR DIRECTION]. Include [OPTIONAL VISUAL ELEMENTS: gradients / grain / glossy surfaces / minimal UI / photography / 3D objects / patterns / etc.]. The design should feel [STYLE KEYWORDS]. Aesthetic references: [OPTIONAL AESTHETIC REFERENCES, e.g. premium creative studio, editorial, futuristic startup, playful retail, Swiss-inspired, fashion-forward, etc.] Composition: - square format - tightly arranged modular grid - multiple tiles - dense but elegant layout - clean spacing - sharp alignment - strong hierarchy - visually cohesive system The final result should feel original, professionally composed, and extremely polished — like a real branding presentation created by a top-tier design studio, not generic AI graphics. Output requirements: - square canvas - high resolution - ultra clean - premium presentation quality - cohesive identity system - modern, memorable, art-directed brand design

We just connected Lottie Creator to AI via MCP. You describe the animation. Claude, Codex, Gemini reads your file, edits layers, generates variants, ships dotLottie; without leaving the editor. This is what we built Lottie Creator for. What animation would you build first?

My top 5 takeaways from Dylan (CEO @Figma): 1. Taste vs. craft are different skills. Taste is knowing what's good and articulating why. Craft is pushing past where others stop, at every level from macro down to the smallest detail. You need both. 2. Design is the new code. "You'll be designing in a visual first way, and you'll be able to do a pull request right to production." The canvas becomes the source of truth, not a mockup that gets handed off and lost in translation. 3. PMs and designers don't have to wait for eng anymore. "If you think your job is to make docs for upwards alignment, you're going to love this new world. You get to make things too." 60% of Figma designs are now made by non-designers. 4. Move fluidly between design and code. Spacing, color, and layout are faster to adjust visually than to describe in a prompt. Figma MCP makes it easy for you to round-trip between canvas and code. 5. AI gets you to average fast. Your job is to push past it. "The first thing AI gives you is generic by definition because it’s the average of everything it’s seen.” You need to apply your taste and iterate until it meets your craft standards. 📌 Watch the full episode here: youtube.com/watch?v=eqPljh…

"AI gets you to average quickly. Your job is to push past that." Here's my new episode with @zoink (Figma CEO) where I asked him some tough questions, including: → Can you teach AI design taste? → Do design systems hurt creativity? → What's Figma's role when code is free? Two-thirds of Figma users are now non-designers and it was super interesting to hear Dylan talk about Figma's future. Some quotes from Dylan: "Design is the new code. You'll be designing in a visual-first way before pushing a pull request right to production." "If you're a PM and you think your job is to make docs and slide decks, you're going to love this new world. You get to make things too." "If everyone agrees with your point of view, then you probably don't have one." 📌 Watch now: youtu.be/eqPljh_9C9Y Thanks to our sponsors: @Replit: Plan, design, and build with AI agents replit.com/?utm_source=cr… @linear: The AI agent platform for modern teams linear.app/behind-the-cra…
