Last night I called out the myth that immigrants are to blame for the UK’s housing crisis.
1946 – 1981 in the UK we built 5 Million council houses. Since 1981 we have built 250,000. In Liverpool a council house has not been built for 36 years!

@CarlCashman 1. Throughout my time with lcc between 99-2010 lib dems were in power and kept ctax at +1% p/y that was only way they could win but new labour were putting the money into Liverpool and NW. Lib dems got rid of social housing in lpool, the largest source or revenue. Closed down..
