True story:
20th January 2026. I am preparing notes for my upcoming AI Engineering cohort.
I am nervous. The more I read about Attention, the more I discover.
It's been a month since we started writing notes. I was supposed to be on week 12, but I have only reached week 3.
I am starting to panic.
That night, I meet Tanishq at a cafe. He opens his Ipad and shows me well written notes on attention.
I take his Ipad with some hesitation. How could his notes help me learn what I couldn't crack in a week?
But as I start reading, I notice one thing immediately.
The notes are HANDWRITTEN.
No AI. No shortcuts.
He had actually taken the effort to teach me. He knew that throwing resources and AI generated summaries aren't good enough.
He knew what it means to teach.
I understood his notes, and therefore the attention mechanism, in 20 minutes. I stared at the ipad in disbelief.
"Please send these to me." I requested.
"Sure." he answered.
"Btw, why did you write them by hand? You could have typed it too..." I asked.
"It doesn't have the same effect."
Indeed, it doesn't. And him knowing this fact, told me he is different from most people.
He had shown the first sign of an exceptional teacher. The willingness to spend time, to save your students'.
I immediately thought of him as an instructor, but didn't make an offer. I wanted to see his performance in our cohort.
In 3 months, I had literally a hundred data points. His speed, his depth in answering, his willingness to go beyond the necessary.
All to help students understand things better.
If you are part of our current cohort, you know what I am talking about.
And so now, I am proud to say that Tanishq is hosting a cohort of his own.
He is from IIT Madras. He is an AI Engineer with multi industry experience.
But most importantly, he has the will to go that extra mile for his students. That's what makes him exceptional.
Whether 10 people join or 100, this cohort is bound to be a success in my eyes.

Suggestion to all the new learner
Do learn from the official documentation instead of random YouTube videos. During starting you may feel it's theoretical but trust me, it makes you real dev, you will be prepared for interview and had gain knowledge enough to build lagre project
