You don’t need to talk about your plans. Just work on them quietly. Let the results show later. That always speaks louder than anything you can say now.

gpt-5.5 + gpt image 2 editing + cursor is a dangerous loop 1. screenshot page 2. ask for redesign 3. implement 4. ship last few days fully redesigned every app i own including personal blog ai coding is so fun and addictive now

@adamwathan yeah custom agent paths would unlock half the workflow ideas people are sitting on. weird that .claude/ is the only flow still

Claude Code not supporting `.agents/` for skills and stuff is annoyingly hostile 🫠

Series A used to mean you figured it out. Now it means you have 18 months to actually do it.

People switch strategies too early. You don’t need a new plan every week. You need consistency on the right lever long enough for it to work.

Don’t sell the product. Sell the reason it matters. People don’t wake up wanting features. They wake up wanting: • less stress • more control • faster progress • better status • a clearer path Your product is just the bridge. The real sale is the transformation.

the loop most founders skip: ship something embarrassing. watch what people misunderstand. fix the misunderstanding, not the product. ship again
