People are being left to sleep in tents in the pouring rain while councils say there is no accommodation available. This is not how anyone should be treated. @scotgov The Scottish Government cannot continue to stand back while some local authorities fail to provide emergency accommodation. Every person deserves safety, dignity and shelter. We are calling for urgent action. No one should be forced to spend another night sleeping in a tent because there is nowhere else to go. Devon and Cornwall police are keen to speak to anyone with information over a 81 lambs going missing , they are marked with red and number with black and green dye marks , the farmer said he noticed a massive drop in numbers one day whilst out to feed them on his farm in Kenn near Exeter The farmer said the missing livestock are Suffolks, Charollais and Texels and crosses between these breeds and would be considered larger than most commercial lambs. 🚨 WHY did Manchester City Council approve a lease for the exact Heron House suite now used as No.10 North on 10th June 2026? Andy Burnham wasn’t even an MP until the Makerfield by-election on 18th June. He didn’t become Prime Minister until 20th July. So why was the temporary headquarters for “No.10 North” being signed off weeks before he was even elected to Parliament? How does a serving Mayor “know” he’s about to win a by-election, get parachuted into the leadership, and be crowned PM within weeks — unless the entire sequence was already locked in?
