@P_Remarks This is a lazy argument for model commoditization once you dig into why the progression above has happened as it did, and hone in on the vectors that matter from here
Seen a couple tweets of ppl finally starting to get it
Leader going from Chat->Gemini->Claude, then Meta scaling a decent model in months means enterprises vendor locking one is awful strategy. Plus price increases
Then add security/bundling/distribution
MSFT wins in the end
@DingbatCapital@WeatherPundit@sevencornerscap We certainly risk losing them, but we haven’t lost them. Very hard convos but we tell them the truth. They have stood by us and we haven’t reduced pricing.
@DingbatCapital@WeatherPundit@sevencornerscap Training is a few months. But we’ve been training 3rd parties which has started to really work and removes the fixed cost and will likely grow our PS margins. Generally install at night (we try and do installs after hours and then train the morning shift on the way out)
@SavneetS@WeatherPundit@sevencornerscap@SavneetS There should be three tier 1s on the table by my count. One by Q2, one maybe year end. What is the timeline for the third one after Papa John’s?
@SavneetS@WeatherPundit@sevencornerscap@SavneetS You paused some TASK customers to go after Tier 1 deals. How does this work in practice? They just defer until you’re ready or do you risk losing them? And do you have to give them concessions to wait and so once they do roll out you’re not getting full price?
