There is a lot going on here. What the hell is the blue metal? A Uranium reaction? The baker is wearing sandals in a forge (never a good idea) Is it a pub? A forge? How is the floor of a forge not covered in crap? I know the artist did whatever was directed. But that direction appears to have been confusing at best.
