I appreciate you raising all these issue and keep raising them. You are spot on. Now the key challenge is how to fix this mess. Would appreciate it if you can start a movement on reversing course. Merely raising an alarm is not going to fix anything. And after a while a lot of us will tune out.

Le problème est qu'il n'y a plus rien à voir. Le monde est devenu chiant à mourir. Plus personne n'a de couilles. On a émasculé l'Occident. Ça a commencé dans les années 70. Sous couvert de "protéger les gens", on a anesthésié une civilisation entière. Principe de précaution, normes, conformité, comités d'éthique, sensitivity readers, HR, compliance, ESG. Chaque décennie, une nouvelle couche d'ouate. On a transformé des hommes libres en patients sous sédatif. Michael Jackson, Freddie Mercury, Lennon, Bowie — ces gens étaient des aberrations statistiques produites par une époque qui tolérait encore l'aberration. Aujourd'hui ils seraient cancel à 23 ans, médicamentés à 25, et finiraient consultants en bien-être à 30. Le système ne produit plus de génies parce que le système a été conçu pour rendre le génie impossible. Peter Thiel l'avait théorisé il y a longtemps : le projet mondialiste/progressiste n'a jamais été autre chose qu'un communisme qui n'osait pas dire son nom. Même obsession de l'égalité, même haine de l'excellence individuelle, même bureaucratie tentaculaire, même mépris pour celui qui dépasse. Juste mieux marketé. "Inclusion" au lieu de "collectivisation". Même came, packaging premium. Et ce système est en train de crever sous nos yeux. On vit la fin d'un cycle de 50 ans. L'Occident — qui a porté à peu près toute la culture, la science, la liberté humaine depuis 500 ans — a éteint sa propre flamme. Volontairement. Par culpabilité, par lâcheté, par confort. Mais l'Occident va se réveiller. Bientôt. Les signaux sont partout : retour du builder, mépris croissant pour les intellos de salon, montée du e/acc, effondrement de la confiance dans les institutions, génération entière qui ne veut plus jouer au jeu débile que ses parents ont accepté. Et le vrai accélérateur, c'est l'IA. Pas parce qu'elle va remplacer les gens. Parce qu'elle va WIPE la bureaucratie. Chaque norme absurde, chaque commission, chaque couche administrative, chaque rente parasitaire qui empêchait les gens audacieux de construire — tout ça va sauter. L'IA est l'arme de destruction massive du conformisme institutionnel. Ce qui arrive est une Renaissance x1000. Une explosion qu'on est littéralement incapables d'imaginer depuis le marasme dans lequel on baigne. Quand tu retires les chaînes à une civilisation qui a inventé l'imprimerie, le télescope, le moteur, l'ordinateur et internet — tu n'obtiens pas un retour à la normale. Tu obtiens un Big Bang. On va avoir des centaines de Michael Jackson. Des centaines de Freddie Mercury. Des centaines de Newton, de Mozart, d'Edison. Pas parce que les gènes auront changé — ils n'ont jamais changé — mais parce que le filtre qui les écrasait aura sauté. On va vivre dans un monde complètement fou où l'intensité, le dépassement de soi, la création pure redeviendront le jeu par défaut. Pas le confort. Pas la sécurité psychologique. Pas le wellness. Le DÉPASSEMENT. Les gens qui pleurent qu'on n'a plus de mythes n'ont rien compris. Les mythes reviennent. Mais pas pour ceux qui regardent. Pour ceux qui construisent. Build.

If you have a magic wand than please waive it now. Else fight the fight like Focault, Derrida and the woke did to infect us with this woke virus. Mind viruses take a long time some times a few generations to recover from. Come up with a ‘first principles’ approach to this problem besides highlighting it repeatedly.

Elle ne dit pas seulement "interrogeons les normes", elle dit "il n'y a *que* des rapports de pouvoir". La différence est civilisationnelle. Une société qui interroge ses normes reste debout. Une société qui croit que ses normes ne sont *rien d'autre* que de la domination s'effondre. Parce qu'elle ne peut plus rien défendre. Plus une frontière, plus une loi, plus une science, plus une langue, plus une histoire, plus une biologie, plus une famille. Tout devient suspect. Tout devient négociable. Tout devient "construit donc déconstructible". C'est la première raison pour laquelle c'est un virus. Il s'auto-réplique. Une fois inoculé, il transforme tout ce qu'il touche en cible. La science est patriarcale, donc déconstruisons-la. Le langage est colonial, donc réinventons-le. La méritocratie est raciste, donc abolissons-la. Le sexe est une construction, donc choisissons-le. Il n'y a plus de roc. Tout est sable. Deuxième raison. Le virus est *non-falsifiable*. Si vous défendez une norme, c'est que vous êtes l'oppresseur. Si vous niez être oppresseur, c'est la preuve de votre privilège inconscient. Si vous citez des faits, vos faits sont contaminés par le pouvoir qui les a produits. Si vous citez la raison, la raison elle-même est blanche, masculine, occidentale. Il n'y a aucune sortie possible. Le système est conçu pour rendre toute objection irrecevable par définition. C'est exactement la structure d'une secte. Et c'est exactement ce qui s'est installé dans les universités, les RH, les médias, les administrations, les conseils d'administration depuis vingt ans. Troisième raison. Le virus s'auto-réfute mais ne s'auto-détruit pas. Si toute vérité est pouvoir, alors la phrase "toute vérité est pouvoir" est elle-même du pouvoir, donc sans valeur. Logiquement, la déconstruction se mord la queue dès la première phrase. Mais elle s'en moque. Parce qu'elle n'a jamais cherché la cohérence. Elle cherche l'efficacité politique. Et son efficacité politique est immense. Elle désarme ses ennemis et arme ses militants. Elle paralyse le défenseur et libère l'attaquant. C'est une arme asymétrique parfaite. Quatrième raison. Le virus produit des humains diminués. Une génération entière a appris à déconstruire et n'a jamais appris à construire. Elle sait soupçonner, jamais admirer. Elle voit le pouvoir partout et la beauté nulle part. Elle peut produire mille pages sur le caractère opprimant de Shakespeare et zéro ligne qui vaille la peine d'être lue dans cent ans. Elle a confondu l'intelligence critique avec la pose critique. Elle est stérile par construction. Un esprit nourri à la déconstruction est un esprit qui ne sait plus rien édifier. Cinquième raison, la plus grave. Une civilisation se tient debout sur trois piliers. La croyance qu'une vérité est accessible à la raison. La croyance qu'un bien se distingue d'un mal. La croyance qu'un héritage mérite d'être transmis. La déconstruction a méthodiquement dynamité les trois. Pas par méchanceté. Par jeu intellectuel, par fascination du soupçon, par haine de la bourgeoisie qui avait nourri ses prophètes. Mais le résultat est là. Une civilisation qui ne croit plus en sa vérité, ni en son bien, ni en son héritage ne se défend pas. Elle s'excuse en attendant la fin. Voilà ce qu'on a fait. Voilà ce qu'il faut nommer. La bonne nouvelle, c'est qu'un virus mental ne survit que tant qu'on lui cède l'autorité du discours. Il meurt dès qu'on cesse de jouer son jeu. Dès qu'on réaffirme tranquillement qu'il existe une vérité, un beau, un bien, un héritage. Dès qu'on cesse de demander la permission aux déconstructeurs pour bâtir. Dès qu'on refait. Dès qu'on transmet. Dès qu'on crée. Les bâtisseurs ont toujours le dernier mot sur les commentateurs. Toujours. Parce qu'à la fin il reste ce qui est construit, et rien de ce qui a été déconstruit. Alors aujourd'hui je déconstruis la déconstruction. Et demain je construis.

Not to discourage you and be a naysayer as I totally embrace your vision and ideals, BUT you are fighting a losing battle. What you just described above is kind of a norm for Asian manufacturers. Workers in China or India or pick Any Asian country work more or less like slaves so that Walmart and Amazon can have the cheapest price. Anyhow keep doing what your are doing but be mindful that these are minuscule efforts. The only way out of this is very high value manufacturing. Kind of what SpaceX is doing

Yesterday at 3pm ish we got 5 orders totalling $72,000. The fellas looked at each other and realized the day was just starting. Customers needed it asap. They were already 7 hours into their day, and ended up staying until 3:06am to finish the job. By the morning, our truck driver got in at 7:41am and delivered all the orders. I couldn’t think of another metals service center that could’ve got that done. Another win for manufacturers in America. To keep the machines moving, make more parts, and at a price that worked.

Very optimistic and I wish this analysis success. Not likely to work as Pakistan can’t help itself and will raise the Islamic flag when convenient. The recent statement by the foreign minister Khwaja an example. Hard to trust Pakistan. Although all bets are that Field Marshall Munir will solve all the Pakistani problems. And he’s as fundamentalist as they come. Maybe a pragmatic leader but lacks legitimacy. Pakistan is an interesting conundrum. As a society Pakistan needs to decide what it wants. One minute they are supporting Afghan Taliban the next the are fighting them. How about making peace with India before solving Iran. It’s all smoke and mirrors but at least a useful effort.
