@SwiggyCares you assigned a delivery partner from Malad to deliver from oshiwara. Delivery associate went to dahisar and I had no food even after an hour. Took me 15 mins to get human support and another 20 mins to cancel the order. Why do you have irresponsible partners

@YESBANK you are suppose to make life easy for your customers. Help us update communication address too from the app and not just the aadhar address. FYI other banks like HDFC & ICICI do give their customers that option.

@ViCustomerCare if my phone is not reachable, you should undertand my concern. That’s exactly what I complained about and you suggest I register another complaint if problem persists. When your Technitian visits, he says no problem identified. How do you explain that ?????

I understand you don’t seem to be concerned about women safety. My husband walked ahead without questions and got his work done. I walked in later and was questioned in a disgraced manner. Is this your policy or work ethics @Criticare_Asia ? Allowing the security to demean women

@Criticare_Asia you may boast of being a good hospital but the entry point courtesy and manners lack high level of sensitivity. Your guard at the gate (Rajesh) questions like a policeman as if I’m a criminal, allowing others to walk simply without a word. How do you justify this?

This incident took place today at andheri east hospital. Where another security (man and another woman) asked me the same question. I don’t mind the questions but the way they were questioning me. Expect some respect with the authority given to them by you.
