Without any help my complaint has been closed. I expect the same level of ignorance when I port out. @ViCustomerCare


@ViCustomerCare have raised a complaint again today. This is the 4th complaint in 3 months. Engineers say no issue…… Why use Voda service when I can’t receive calls or use internet at all.




@ViCustomerCare if my phone is not reachable, you should undertand my concern. That’s exactly what I complained about and you suggest I register another complaint if problem persists. When your Technitian visits, he says no problem identified. How do you explain that ?????





@Criticare_Asia you may boast of being a good hospital but the entry point courtesy and manners lack high level of sensitivity. Your guard at the gate (Rajesh) questions like a policeman as if I’m a criminal, allowing others to walk simply without a word. How do you justify this?
