Prof Stein notes that legal students identify as disabled but this identification disappears on transition into the profession.

Time for questions! First up - how do we educate the general public and disabled people on the CRPD? Where does it fit in legal education?

Prof Stein observes the success of affirmative action in Federal employment policies under the Obama administration.

The right to employment is an excellent example of this. What kind of employment do we mean? What kind of wages?

How are these rights to be operationalised? Where is the line between social and anti-discrimination provisions?
