Please be careful when birding alone in Central Park. There was another attack on a female birder this afternoon in the Loch by adolescent boys. Thankfully she wasn’t hurt but they went on to make a couple of other attacks before being apprehended by police. #birdcpp #becareful

This female mallard flew up to the ledge of the South Pumphouse on Monday but then seemed to be afraid to jump off. She made her way around the ledge and finding no easy way down, finally got up the courage to leap and fly back down to the water. #birdcpp #mallard #help
