@Sassafrass_84 I had a sociology professor in college lecturing about this topic. I loved the way he presented it. As medical people, we can't actually see the x-ray, but we can see the results. God is like that. We may not physically see him, but we see the results from knowing him

There’s just something so unlikeable about Chelsea. Her delivery, her demeanor, her attitude. She’s been off TV for more than ten years. Must have dirt on people to keep getting booked. There’s just no substance or any humorous material. She represents a small sect of insufferable shrill liberal women with TDS. They find her funny I guess. But other than that… crickets. 🦗 I used to like Chelsea Lately on E! before she went woke. Sad.

.@SenWarren All of our assets are invested in a blind trust by the largest financial institutions in broad market indexes. To suggest that individual stocks are being bought or sold, at the discretion of any member of the Trump family, would be a lie and blatantly false. Using a silly example, if you buy the “Schwab 1000,” you will get some exposure to Nvidia - as well as a 1,000 other U.S. companies large- and mid-cap stocks. It’s completely disingenuous to represent anything to the contrary. Please be better than this…
Elizabeth Warren@SenWarren

Trump brought the NVIDIA CEO on his trip to China to lobby Xi Jinping to buy advanced AI chips, even though it would create a U.S. national security threat. It turns out Trump also bought millions in NVIDIA's stock. The President's corruption is a national security disaster.

So let me get this straight, In December of 2018 Candace meets George Farmer for the first time. 17 days later they’re engaged to be married, By February of 2019 George becoming chairman of Turning Point UK? George is then positioned to become the CEO of Turning Point if anything were to happen to Charlie. Charlie is suddenly killed after he and Candace fall out, and instead of George taking over, Erika Kirk becomes CEO. Then for the next 7 months George’s wife spends every waking moment trying to point the blame to those closest to Charlie…more specifically his wife, the new CEO. Hmmm… Nothing to see here I guess. 🤷🏾‍♂️

Try the 10.5.10 method Bring big poy to boil, once water is actually boiling add the eggs. No the most important part is to let the water come up to a boil before setting the timer for 10 min. Once that's done take them off the heart 5 6 minutes no need to drain yet. At 5 minutes drain the water and cover the eggs for a minimum of 10 minutes before peeling. They'll done just right and peel easily

@SamaHoole Another great post. You just changed my thinking and helped me verify what I’ve suspected subconsciously for a very long time. I’m trying to go meat and vegetables. Beer is hard to avoid though. I’m not giving up beer, but I know it’s poison.

For anyone who still hasn't had the memo: - Oatmeal = sugar - Quinoa = sugar with a marketing degree - Brown rice = sugar wearing a tiny bran cardigan - Wholewheat bread = sugar that went to a wholesome photoshoot - Sweet potato = sugar the wellness influencers agreed to forgive "Complex carbohydrate" is one of the great triumphs of food branding. It sounds like something that takes effort to break down. Something virtuous. Something earned. It's a chain of glucose molecules holding hands. The chain breaks in your gut within minutes. By the time it crosses into your blood, it's the same glucose as a spoon of table sugar. Your pancreas has never once read a label. It doesn't care that the oats were steel-cut, organic, and recommended by a man in running shoes. It sees the glucose. It pumps the insulin. Same response. Every time. The packaging is for you. The bloodstream isn't fooled.

While we are talking about historical movies, has there ever been a live action movie that has done the story of King Arthur justice? And no, this isn't a plea for interaction. Personally, I think there hasn't. Ever.

Why does @people have to constantly note this is Catherine’s first solo visit since cancer? Does she have to be identified as a cancer survivor all the time? Can’t Catherine…and that’s her name by the way….just get glowing reviews? Because you are biased and I am so tired of you and other American news sources undermining who Catherine Princess of Wales is and what she does! She’s amazingly talented and devoted to her family, country and job.

@73ami73 @CaliRN619 I'm a diploma nurse and I would put my actual nursing education up against any BSN any day. We were much better prepared for the day to day aspect. It's unfortunate that so many good nurses such as yourself get frustrated and leave

@CaliRN619 @Dixiechick210 I taught nursing and this was always what I told them. I would make the mannequin stop breathing but keep the monitor normal in simulations to teach this. I got out of nursing because I saw what was coming and I have a doctorate in nursing!! I teach Biology now.

I’ve been an RN for over 20 years! In that time, I’ve gotten to witness so many changes both good and bad (I’m talking to you electronic health records!). But I’m truly horrified by this next generation of nurses that will be charged with caring for us in the not too distant future. They’ve been trained by instructors and preceptors who have abandoned all pretense of following the Nightingale Pledge and chosen to subscribe to the Mengele Doctrine of using medicine as a weapon. Once upon a time all patients were entitled to high quality, compassionate care, regardless of their crimes, their politics, or their life choices. Now, these nurses will smile at you while purposely withholding medications and treatment if they’ve judged you guilty of any offense to their worldview. They will literally kill you and go home and sleep like a baby. They may even post videos bragging about it as they’re doing it. It breaks my heart that the profession I’ve dedicated my life to has become just another victim of the dreaded Woke Mind Virus. There’s no cure, no vaccine, and no treatment for it and it destroys everything it infects. Happy Nurses Week to those who’re still practicing the art of nursing and a pox upon your soul to those who’ve betrayed their Code of Ethics.

My book-loving friend laughed and said, “Do you still read paper books?” Yes, I do. I like the smell when I open a book, the quiet feeling after closing it, and the comfort of having a real book in my room. Does anyone else still love paper books?

This post is written specifically for parents of children who play team sports, club teams, and travel ball. These should be good! Parents at kids' sporting events are a special breed. We're all out here pretending to sip “sports drinks” from Yeti tumblers while secretly running a speakeasy operation worthy of Prohibition. One Gatorade pouch of Fireball, two juice boxes of wine, and suddenly little Timmy's 7th-grade soccer game turns into the Super Bowl. “Go team! Daddy's just hydrating!” Who's with me? What's your go-to smuggling method? Flask in the diaper bag? Wine in the coffee thermos? Spill it (but not on the bleachers). 🤣🍸⚽️
