I think the Ghost Car is a great post-run visualization tool, but I can’t stand it when it is used during the live run. Takes away all of the suspense #INDYCAR #INDY500

@bigyelohedfones @willowcooki @IndyCar Sounds like a lot of the drivers were pretty concerned, so all I’m saying is I trust the guys and gals strapped to ground bound missiles to be the judge. We’ve seen plenty of radio failures before

@Dlite_47 @willowcooki @IndyCar Jumping out of line at the wrong time? During a local yellow? With spotters? People should be more upset with the quasi racing going on, not the local into FCY. Reminder that as far back as 2019, Rossi was OK with cars being left stranded and not throwing a yellow.

Hey @IndyCar care to address why you felt it was appropriate to leave Rossi a sitting duck, or are you still working out the qualifying rules for the Wienie 500?

@bigyelohedfones @willowcooki @IndyCar Easy for us to say when we aren't the ones sitting in the cockpit with cars going by at 170. Some of the onboards were insane. All it would take is someone jumping out of line at the wrong time. Didn't help that they let debris sit on the racing line in a prime passing zone too

@willowcooki @Dlite_47 @IndyCar They threw a local yellow immediately. He obviously wasn't in need of safety intervention. The outrage over him wanting to go sit in his bus 2 minutes earlier is crazy.

@DLand91 My gut is this was done only to satisfy the national TV window. I think everyone at IndyCar knows in their heart of hearts that this is nothing burger. Given the heat soak issues, cars 10-12 won't get out of the top 12.
