@FundamentalLack They're not good as actual living spaces for anyone, but it's false to say "suburban homeowners" are the main investors. We keep hearing this and I don't get why people are omitting hedge funds, REITs, massive investors, pension funds. Feels more ressentiment than fact

Between Freeland, Carney, and Clark, I actually think Clark has the best disposition to face Poilievre of the bunch. I don't prefer that she wins. I don't care for any of these options. But Clark seems better fit than the rest to square off against Poilievre.
