Ok. I've talked to a few people. There was no destruction order. Just that the data had to remain in confidence. This order was ignored when the data was given to Jovan Pullitzer and Kari Lake's allies, but obviously would not be the case with the FBI.

I was just reminded that when a judge granted the subpoena of 2020 election data from @maricopacounty he ordered the senate to destroy it all once the audit was complete.
