@AmericanAir Genuine question: Why allow military into your lounges ONLY IF they are in uniform? DoD/DoW actively recommends Servicemembers do NOT wear uniform during travel to reduce their risk. Why insist on risking their lives? Just so you can be seen performing a good deed?
@AmericanAir WSAIWV. After AA delayed my flight, missed my connection, rebooked a flight 12 hours the next day, and refused to cover a night at a hotel, I thought I'd at least get a warm meal at the lounge. But nope, rudely denied entry unless I changed clothes. Very curious customer service.
Terrible day @united . Canceled first leg SAT->IAH with <3h notice. I drove myself to IAH. lines were out the door and they couldn’t check my bag in time. So missed a cruise. Then they refuse to rebook me so I can meet my cruise. Bought it out of pocket. Now this flight delayed.
You can’t help me without copy-pasting a BS canned response telling me to reach out to your helpless DM line? So the public can’t see how unhelpful you can be? Should I expect a reply back in 24 hours?
@united You have canceled the first flight in my one-connection itinerary, with less than 3 hours notice. Nobody is answering the phone and your website is useless. I need confirmation that if I drive myself to the connecting airport, I can board the second flight.

@British_Airways I’ve been trying to call the British airways executive club phone number for literally a week and have yet to talk to anyone. I’m either on hold for 45m before it drops me, or it drops me after the first button press.

@Delta DL5728 delayed by 4 hours and I don’t find out about it until I am at the gate at boarding time and go ask a different gate’s agent why no one is manning my gate. I get a text 3.5 hours later advising me of a delay that I can rebook. Is this comical or what?
