@serperm @pgholam @LiverFellow @sasha_link TID dosing is definitely a barrier to use; most end up taking it only daily or BID
I try to think about where it is targeting - both naltrexone & acamprosate target preoccupation/anticipation (i.e., craving), so I often go w/naltrexone over acamprosate if no contraindications.

When you die we can’t force you and your family to donate any organs even if it means others will die because your bodily autonomy comes first. Call me crazy but we should respect a woman’s rights to her body at least as much as a corpse.

And just like that residency is over. My time at @mghmedres will be something I never forget. It is poetic that I end out at my second home at Charlestown Health Center where I spent countless hours learning and working with the best primary care doctors out there. Now onto GI!!
