🥸 Conclusions from our work: ⭐️ We have produced a novel ageing signature using ECG and MRI derived from ~ 40K individuals ⭐️ Prospect of CV age to personalise CV risk? ⭐️ Novel genetic associations with CV ageing - prospect for new drug targets? [7/7]

🔍 Rare Variant Study: ✨ Using pLoF variants, 2 genes identified for CV ageing beyond common variants. 🧠 TREM2 linked to CNS, macrophages, anti-inflammatory effects in heart repair. 🩺 ⚡ MICU3 ties to heart/skeletal muscle, calcium regulation. [6/7]

🔍 Common Variant Study: 🧬 CV ageing is partially heritable 🧐 Genome-wide significant loci identified & linked to: - myocardial contractility (Titin) - arterial mechanics (Elastin) - pro-inflammatory activity (PLCE1) - electrical activity - trabecular development [5/7]

🔍 Risk factors: 🏥 Hypertension (+1.58 yrs), diabetes (+0.74 yrs), obesity in males & CAD in females all associated with accelerated 📈CV ageing. 🚬 Smoking & alcohol associated with 📈CV ageing 🧬 Telomere length linked to 📉CV ageing [4/7]

📜Overview: 🖥️ Studied 39,559 UK Biobank participants' CMR + ECG data with machine learning 💡Trained Catboost models for healthy CV ageing (n = 5066) 💡Predicted CV age in remaining sample (n = 34,147) 🔍 Analysed associations w/ risk factors + genetics [2/7]

@littlelady2004 @hannahsaywhaat @TicketmasterCS @Wimbledon Thanks - we got it sorted in the end, but not without the help of a friend of a friend who works there. Think there's so much more all events organisers can do to make it easier to buy accessible tickets

So ridiculous that in this day and age, @TicketmasterCS can't figure out a good system for booking accessible tickets. Always the biggest pain in the ass and means I can't actually get involved in presales or always secure tickets. It's not hard, this is your one job.
