Laptop on its last legs. Had it since 2013. Overheating. Loud fans. Very slow. I call computer guy and he has me bring it over. Takes one look. Restarts computer. Instantly fixed. Asks me when the last time I restarted was. I tell him never and I just close it when I’m done. He tells me to stop doing that and says I don’t owe him anything. Tells me to have a nice day. To him and his kind I must be genuinely subhuman

I miss when people used to be ashamed to be stupid and misinformed. I miss when a politician who misspelled “potato” could get roasted for that for a whole year before the news cycle got tired of it. People are really just bragging about being dumb these days.

Apparently this video has all of X in a frenzy. If it had come out before the AI era, people would be fawning over it as great art, but now they are so clicker trained that any mention of AI sends them into a verbiage frenzy and they anoint anything AI related as slop.
