In July 2022, during a record-breaking UK heatwave, six medical professionals broke windows at JPMorgan Chase’s European headquarters in Canary Wharf, describing their action as an attempt to highlight the health impacts of fossil fuel financing. At their first trial in June 2024, a jury declined to convict them. Today, at the retrial, they have been found NOT GUILTY by a jury. Let this serve as a warning to the Government ahead of other potential retrials of climate and Palestine protesters, including the potential retrial of the Filton 6. Juries are voting with their conscience and delivering what many see as real justice.

ANOTHER VERDICT OF CONSCIENCE! Jurors have an absolute right to acquit a defendant according to their conscience, irrespective of a judge’s direction.

This seems to be catching as ordinary jurors show more principles that any of our rulers present and potential in the immediate future

The General Medical Council has just informed my lawyers that they intend to appeal to the High Court against the decision of the Medical Practitioners Tribunal to clear me of misconduct charges that it had brought. Under its current leadership, the GMC has been weaponised as a tool of political repression in the service of Israel’s genocidal project.
